  • Esthetics by Ali is located in Verona, NJ, welcoming clients from throughout North Jersey and beyond.

    The studio is conveniently located for clients coming from Montclair, Cedar Grove, Caldwell, West Orange and throughout Essex County, as well as Paramus and other Bergen County communities, Morris County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Union County and surrounding areas.

    I also have clients who travel from other parts of New Jersey, including Central Jersey and the Jersey Shore, for specialty treatments that may be harder to find closer to home.

    Clients come to Esthetics by Ali for customized skincare and specialized treatments including buccal massage, facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, NeurotriS® microcurrent, Endospheres, DiamondGlow®, Oxygen Facials, teen facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, LED therapy, Korean lash lifts and waxing.

  • If you’re not sure where to start, I Want It All Facial is my first recommendation. It gives you a little bit of everything by combining DiamondGlow®, NeurotriS® microcurrent and a shorter version of my Lift & Sculpt, along with customized skincare. It’s a great choice if you want to work on your skin while also incorporating lifting, sculpting and de-puffing.

    Another great option is a Custom Facial, especially if you’d rather leave the treatment completely up to me. There’s no set protocol. I can look at your skin, talk about what you want to work on and combine different treatments and modalities based specifically on what your skin needs that day.

    Esthetics by Ali is an inclusive space welcoming men, women, nonbinary clients and people of all gender identities, races and ethnicities.

    Facials and skincare aren’t gender-specific, and neither are Lift & Sculpt, buccal massage, microcurrent, Endospheres, lash lifts, lash tints or waxing. Your treatment is based on your skin, your goals, what you want to work on and what makes you feel comfortable.

    Whether you’re coming in for your first facial, help with acne or aging skin, facial sculpting, a Korean lash lift, waxing or simply some self-care, everyone is welcome here.

Facials + Skin Treatments

  • Start by thinking about what you want to get out of your appointment. Some treatments focus more on the skin itself, while others are centered around lymphatic drainage, facial massage, sculpting and muscle stimulation.

    If you want deep cleansing, exfoliation and help with clogged pores:

    Choose DiamondGlow®. It exfoliates, extracts and infuses a customized serum into the skin, leaving it feeling deeply cleansed, smooth and refreshed.

    If you want lymphatic drainage, facial massage, de-puffing and sculpting:

    Choose Lift & Sculpt. This is my signature hands-on treatment combining lymphatic drainage, lifting and sculpting facial massage and buccal intraoral massage. Buccal is included, but you absolutely do not have to do the intraoral portion if you aren’t comfortable with it.

    If you want to take facial sculpting even further:

    Choose Triple Threat. It combines lymphatic facial sculpting, buccal massage, NeurotriS® microcurrent and Endospheres for a more intensive sculpting-focused treatment.

    If you want skincare AND facial sculpting:

    Choose I Want It All. It combines DiamondGlow®, NeurotriS® microcurrent and a shorter version of Lift & Sculpt, along with customized skincare.

    If you specifically want muscle stimulation, lifting and toning:

    Choose NeurotriS® Microcurrent. It uses low-level electrical current to stimulate the facial muscles and enhance the appearance of lift, tone and contour.

    If your skin needs something gentle, hydrating and glow-focused:

    Choose the Oxygen Facial. It’s especially nice for skin that feels dry, dull, tired or depleted and is focused on hydration, radiance and a fresh, healthy-looking glow.

    For teens who need a simple, straightforward facial:

    Choose the Teen Facial. It’s intentionally stripped down and includes steam, extractions and an LED mask. Additional treatments can be added if wanted.

    If you have no idea what your skin needs or want something completely customized:

    Choose a Custom Facial. There’s no set formula. I can combine different treatments and modalities based specifically on your skin and goals that day. You don’t have to figure out which treatments go together that’s my job.

  • DiamondGlow® is a professional skin-resurfacing treatment that combines exfoliation, extraction and serum infusion.

    A precision diamond tip exfoliates the surface of the skin while the system removes debris from the pores and infuses a customized serum.

    It’s a great option for deep cleansing, congestion, dullness, dryness, uneven texture and an overall refreshed complexion

  • Yes. If you love Hydrafacial® treatments, DiamondGlow® offers a similar type of facial experience.

    It exfoliates, extracts and infuses a customized serum at the same time, leaving the complexion feeling deeply cleansed, smooth, hydrated and refreshed.

  • The Oxygen Facial is a high-tech, deeply refreshing treatment combining a glass oxygen dome with targeted handheld oxygen application.

    It’s designed to leave the complexion looking hydrated, plump, bright and revitalized and is especially nice for skin that feels dull, dry, tired or depleted.

  • The Oxygen Facial is a great choice when your skin needs an extra boost of hydration, radiance and freshness.

    It’s also a beautiful option before a wedding, photos, vacation or special event when you want your complexion looking fresh and luminous.

  • Yes. Oxygen can be incorporated into a Custom Facial or combined with other appropriate modalities when your skin would benefit from additional hydration and glow.

  • Item descriptionThe Teen Facial is intentionally simple and stripped down because many younger clients don’t necessarily want or need to sit through a long facial.

    It includes steam, extractions and an LED mask, making it a straightforward treatment for teens dealing with blackheads, clogged pores, oiliness or breakouts.

  • The goal is to focus on the things younger skin often needs most without adding a lot of unnecessary steps.

    We can steam the skin, focus on extractions and finish with an LED mask without making a teen sit through a long facial they may not necessarily want.

  • Absolutely. The Teen Facial is kept simple by design, but additional add-ons can be incorporated if wanted or appropriate for their skin.

    It’s also a great opportunity to talk about what they’re using at home and keep their skincare routine simple, realistic and manageable.

Facial Sculpting + Buccal Massage

  • Lift & Sculpt is my signature hands-on facial sculpting treatment combining lymphatic drainage, lifting and sculpting facial massage and buccal intraoral massage.

    The focus is lifting, sculpting, major de-puffing, facial definition and releasing tension through the face and jaw.

    Facial massage also encourages circulation, helping the complexion look brighter, healthier and more refreshed.

    You can see and feel a difference after one treatment, but consistency really matters. Regular treatments allow us to continue working with the facial muscles, lymphatic flow and areas of tension and build on the changes we’re creating over time.

  • Yes. Buccal intraoral massage is included in Lift & Sculpt, but you do not have to do it.

    Before we begin, I’ll always ask if you’re comfortable with the intraoral portion of the treatment. Some people love it, while others simply prefer not to have massage performed inside the mouth.

    If you’d rather skip it, that’s completely fine. I’ll adjust the treatment and spend that time doing additional external facial massage, lymphatic drainage and sculpting techniques instead.

    You can still receive the complete de-puffing, sculpting and relaxing experience of Lift & Sculpt without the intraoral portion.

  • No. Lift & Sculpt is a facial-sculpting and massage treatment rather than a traditional skincare facial.

    It does not include extractions, deep cleansing or traditional skin-focused exfoliation. The appointment is centered around facial massage, lymphatic drainage, de-puffing, sculpting and tension release.

  • Buccal massage is a specialized facial massage technique that works the facial muscles both externally and from inside the mouth while wearing gloves.

    This allows me to work through the cheeks, jaw and lower face in a different way than external massage alone and is especially popular for facial sculpting, jaw tension and clenching.

  • Sometimes called an “inner facial,” buccal massage has become popular for its unique approach to facial sculpting and tension release. Celebrities including Jennifer Lopez, Meghan Markle and Kristen Bell have been reported as fans of the technique.

  • Many clients seek out buccal massage because they clench their jaw or carry tension through their face.

    Working the muscles externally and intraorally can help release tightness through the cheeks, jaw and lower face.

    Buccal massage is an esthetic and wellness treatment and isn’t a substitute for medical or dental care for persistent jaw pain or TMJ disorders.

  • De-puffing is a huge part of Lift & Sculpt. Lymphatic techniques encourage fluid movement and can help reduce facial puffiness, allowing the natural contours of the cheekbones, jawline and face to appear more defined.

  • Facial massage encourages circulation, helps release muscular tension and reduces puffiness. This can leave the face looking brighter, smoother, more lifted and refreshed while softening the appearance of fine lines.

  • Yes. For most clients, Lift & Sculpt is a very relaxing experience. Some of my clients actually tell me they prefer it to a full-body massage.

    Everyone experiences facial massage differently, though. If you carry a lot of tightness or tension in your jaw, cheeks, face or neck, certain areas may feel tender or a little uncomfortable as we work through them.

    Communication is really important to me throughout the treatment. I always want you to let me know how the pressure feels and whether you’re comfortable. If anything feels uncomfortable, I can adjust the pressure or technique. Your treatment should always be tailored to what feels right for you.

  • You can see and feel a difference after one treatment, particularly with puffiness, facial definition and tension, but Lift & Sculpt really shines with consistency.

    Regular treatments allow us to continue working with the facial muscles, lymphatic flow and areas of tension while maintaining and building on that more sculpted, refreshed appearance.
